I have the same date resident card. Since then I applied for settlement. I have pre settlement. But i still have to update my resident card to eu settlement now. Since i switched. As the original one is under eu regulations. Is this correct that I need to do it ?

Residence card is valid till dec 2020. Can i still apply for it? Thanks
