We have a 2002 Regal LS that has only 99K original miles but the previous owner was in a minor collision with it and messed the bumper up but nothing was bent so it’s fixable. Runs beautifully but AC currently doesn’t work. Low on Freon. But I love these 3800’s. Bulletproof engines

I would say the best engine ever is the 7.3 L power stroke turbo diesel V8. That’s the best engine ever put in any kind of vehicle. And I do admit. The 3800 series 23.8 L V6 is pretty good.

Are you gonna keep the regal forever
@fordmustang98guy6 ай бұрын
I am keeping the car as long as I can but if something does majorly go on it then that’s when I have to make a decision but as of now I’m still keeping it I’m not going to sell it anytime soon. I have no plans on selling it

i heard these were recalled a while ago because of motor problems, and then there was another not too long after this. I have one sitting in my driveway, it’s pretty much undriveable. bottoms completely rusted, engine sucks, and yeah can’t even drive it 2 miles.

Hey Mark. I quickly wanted to ask, how is the gas mileage on this car, and would it be a bad car for a food delivery job? I currently work as a DoorDasher and i fear my Corolla is about to go. I need a car that i can charge my phone without needing to idle it. And this is one of them.

These are awesome cars but these Buicks are more of a highway car what’s really awesome about them is that it’s got a really good motor under the hood the indestructible 3.8 L 3800 V6 are you looking to buy a Regal that is similar to mine? The year ran from 1997-2004
@nu-agegamer35486 ай бұрын
@@fordmustang98guy Yes, the 1997-04 range. I think more often than not I may get the combined mileage because my area in Texas is very spread out, so I often find myself driving 10-20 miles to a customer's house and then 10-20 back.

@@nu-agegamer3548 it’s so hard to find a Regal like mine that has zero rust on it lot of those cars here in Canada 🇨🇦 they rot like crazy
@nu-agegamer35486 ай бұрын
@@fordmustang98guy Also i feel the gas in my Corolla doesn't last either way. I feel like me not needing to idle the Regal may actually lead to the gas in my tank lasting longer. Sometimes I am idling for an hour or two, which is 1/2-a full gallon. That's huge when we're talking about the Corolla's tiny gas tank (13.2 gallons).
