Residential real estate development and the related housing market crisis are regular topics in the news with issues that impact our lives and practices. This program will focus on recent legislation designed to facilitate residential development and address obstacles that have existed in the past. The panelists will focus on recently enacted housing and land use laws that will go into effect in 2024, other recent housing laws, and existing tools for residential development.
