Thank you 😃🙏 The best of luck to both of you too! It took about 4 days, they sent the passport back to her home address with MVV sticker.. Within a week they should send it back.

Hello! This may be a silly question but i am currently in this process with my partner too. When your partner was not in the Netherlands and you were filling in the application, how did she physically sign the documents? Did you have send them via post and then send it back to be posted to IND? thanks,

@zarabrown7228 Hi, I filled in those documents first and then with a scanner got everything to my phone and I send it to her.. She printed it out and signed it, and then she just made photos of it all (because she didn't have a scanner) and sent it all back to me.. And then I printed it out again. Omg i am really happy for you guys . Even its belated congratulations for your mvv appovel. I am from Pakistan and my wife is from Netherlands. I have just passed my A1 . She has her renewal of her job contract . So we gonna apply in next month june too 😃 same as you guys applied.. i have a question. When i need to do my trombiculosis test ? I mean i need to test in Pakistan and bring that test report along with me or i need to do trombiculosis when i come to Netherlands ? Your urgent necessary reply shall be highly appreciated. Thank you very much 😄 You mean Tuberculosis research? When your MVV/Residence permit is approved and you arrive in the Netherlands you (or your wife for you) have to make an appointment at the GGD, for (IND verwijzing) TBC onderzoek. You have to do this within 3 months of being here, so you don't have to do that in Pakistan. When you are here you have to go to the Gemeentehuis in the city where your wife lives too, to register you in the BRP basisregistratie personen. If you move in with your wife that is.. And then you should get a letter from the IND too to pick up your residence permit for 5 years

Thank you 😄🙏 I made an appointment at the cityhall for my gf for a couple days after she arrived, and then we just went to it together.. Within 5 days of being in the Netherlands you have to register in the BRP (Basisregistratie personen) To write yourself in at your partners address.. And after this you'll get a BSN nummer too.

Hi, yes you have to make an appointment at the Dutch Embassy. I made the appointment for my girlfriend, I just filled in all her information.. but you can do it yourself too, it will show which dates are available. www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl/visum-nederland/visum-lang-verblijf-mvv On here you can search by country and then on the next page it should say something about make an appointment and it should show the address too

MVV Issue form, then complete the form. -Make an appointment with the Dutch Embassy.

Hello, yes 9 months is way too long, 90 days is the maximum.. if it takes longer the IND will inform on that.. I hope in the meantime something happened for you. Else I would apply again for mvv

Hello, I'm not sure but I think it's not a problem.. as long as you can provide a living for yourselves while being in the Netherlands, and have a steady incoming working a ZZPer it should be oke

Ik zit sinds 31 oktober ook in het traject 1 november hebben ze het ontvangen en 27 november in behandeling genomen hopelijk krijg we snel antwoord wat waren jullie ervaringen met de ind

Succes! wij hebben ongeveer 1 maand en 3 weken gewacht tot we de brief kregen dat haar MVV was goedgekeurd, toen gelijk bij de Nederlandse ambassade in Bangkok een afspraak gemaakt en tickets geboekt.. Toen ze hier een paar weken was kregen we de brief dat we haar verblijfsvergunning op konden halen bij de IND in Den Haag, en daar ging alles heel snel, we waren zo weer buiten. Dus alles bij elkaar eigenlijk wel een goede ervaring

we hebben op 7 september een aanvraag ingediend en onze deadline was 11 december. Na al het wachten ontvingen we in de laatste week (5 december) een brief met de verontschuldiging dat de IND het erg druk heeft en geen beslissing heeft kunnen nemen over onze aanvraag het zal daarom ongeveer 13 weken langer duren. Wij moeten niets doen, wij krijgen nog een bericht van hen

Hello, my boyfriend is applying for this to invite me, and I was wondering if I also need to submit documents such as a family relationship certificate or marriage relationship certificate. Did your girlfriend have to submit these documents as well?

Hello, yes she had to get the document proof of unmarried status + her birth certificate.. and these had to be translated to English or Dutch and legalised with a stamp. I sent copies of this with my application to the IND. Later on when they approve your MVV and you can pick it up at the Dutch Embassy in your country, you have to bring the original documents of this and this document: www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl/binaries/content/assets/pdfs-nederlands/aanvraagformulier-mvv-verlening.pdf

So you have to send copies of your translated birth certificate + proof of unmarried status to your boyfriend and he can send it to the IND.. There are a few other documents aswell that your boyfriend has to send to you, then you have to put your signature and send it back to him.

@@edzmodz Alright that's pretty fast, I'm sure you can do it. My gf studied every day a bit and I heard her out on what she learned when she came back from school, and we did questions of test exams together.. I'm not sure how long she went to school, I think 2 or 3 months.. The best is to talk Dutch every day a bit to keep it fresh in your mind. I wish you much luck with the exams, you can do it. 💪😃

I passed the A1 exam, I took the exam last September 6, 2023 then I got the result Sept 18, that was so quick, We're happy and starting to print the form and some documents from me.
