Ron you don't mind me asking did you smoke I have a lung disease but have not smoke for thirty years now if I had smoked I probably be in a bad way now

Hi Ron, Doreen gave Ching a progress update last week but this is great news about your progress with the trial 👍. You are definitely sounding better than you were. Regarding your conservatory, what about insulating the roof? Our neighbours had the same problem, hot in the summer and cold in the winter. They had their conservatory roof removed and replaced it with a flat roof that has been well insulated with a lantern in the middle- it’s made a big difference for them 👍

Hi Trevor nice to have you following me at westcliff koi I insulated the roof in the summer with 1in selotex and cladded over the top of it works OK in the summer but not with the cold £40 was cheaper than the removal of roof thanks for your comment hope your both well 👍👍🎄🎄🎄

Thanks Tina yes thankfully I do feel a lot better than I expected. Hopefully, this continues, and if i feel as good after the next procedure I will definitely be looking forward to Christmas.
