Yes, they'll stay shiny forever and ever. It's Moissanite, not cubic Zirconia. No, I have not had to replace any stones. Moissanite is a 9.5 on the mohs scale for hardness, just under a diamond, which is a 10, and Moissanite shines slightly brighter than diamonds
