Update on the ARPA Fiscal Recovery Fund

Have the house of legislatures considered Tax Increment funding used to reforest areas within the state of Virginia and allow certain funds to put experimental forests on public school properties and with the secure rural schools funding allow such to take place and with a payment in lieu of taxes allow these services to be available immediately this will in fact create new jobs within the state as well as make funds available that will withhold the taxes for 20 to 30 years this will give time for the experimental forests to grow and when it is time to payback the TIF loan you use the resources from the experimental forests use the jobs from the payment in lieu of taxes that were developed and harvest the forest resources after 20 to 30 years on the experimental forests to pay back the TIF loan and whatever is left over after the harvest and paying back of the TIF loan can be used as profit in the state or the person who applies for the TIF project
