Take it from a 90’s OG collector. Buy the cards you want. Literally buy singles. Don’t waste your time or money on boxes, booster packs, ETBs or anything of the sort. “Unless that’s what YOU want to do to pull the cards yourself then 100% go for it” but to get the cards you’re looking for or want, I would highly recommend eBay or your local card shops for singles.
