I'm just a normal everyday lady who feeds friendly wild foxes and squirrels that come to my garden. Under no circumstances am I trying to tame them as pets or allow them into my home. I am also NOT a fox rescue service. They turn up of their own free will. Being urban, food isn't always easy to find, as not many areas for them to hunt, so I like to try and help them a little if I can. They are not totally reliant on me and haven't lost the ability to hunt for themselves. I will give them medication when needed for mange, infections, and pain, but that is under the close eye of the fox experts 🦊
ChipChip, Cookie, Jimmy, Pip, Daphne, Ringo, and Howie are the seven regulars that arrive most evenings. Basil hasnt been seen since the end of November, just as mating season started 😪 But I live in the hope that he'll return one day 🤞
Biscuit, was the first fox to befriend me back in 2021. Unfortunately she passed away Sept 1st 2023 and she is sadly missed by everyone who got to know her 😢❤️ I'd like to thank The Fox Angels Foundation and Second Chance Fox Rescue for all the help, support and advise with trying to help Biscuit. And the continued support they still give me. I can't thank you guys enough! 🦊🥰
Kenny and Norman, my two cats can be seen from time to time, plus there's Dave, the streetlight 🤣 Random cats, and not to forget the squirrels! ❤️ Plus, there's the badger! and sometimes a hedgehog!

Hmmmm...since Jimmy comes early, maybe stock the food bowls and leave a pile of wings out there for Jimmy to haul off. (maybe 5 or 6) and then don't go back out there until the rest of the Foxes start showing up, so he's forced to eat food from the bowls. The Cubs will love squeaky toys when their jaws are strong enough to make them squeak

Great to hear that Magoo is doing so much better! It's been an utter delight watching their journey and seeing them grow. Sure it'll be a shame when they do go but hopefully you'll still be able to keep track of them. Any chance you'll do this again with other fox cubs? I know it can't be easy and has its unique challenges but I'll be honest I'm sooo jealous of you haha. No such opportunities here in Northern Ireland, very different attitude towards foxes here due to lambs and poultry farms unfortunately.
