Project update on one of the biggest real Downtown Jacksonville, 1 Riverside. One Riverside is an exciting multi-family mixed use development on the river which will help bring density to the urban central core and includes a new Wholefoods in Downtown Jacksonville.

It’s sad that Jacksonville is excited to get a new apartment complex and a grocery store when other peer cities are building 5+ high rises a year. We’re pathetic in comparison.
