During the waiting period for them to contact you about setting a date to receive the money order and get your apartment key, have your utilities set up in your name BEFOREHAND GANG. Some apartments will not allow you to move in without it Some are $150 - $250 depending on your credit. You can pay it through your city's utility company online or in person. I paid for mine online.
