I am glad your issue is resolved however unfortunate for my I have been Samsung customer for over a decade but the 65 inches tv I had bought had similar issue but had worst experience with Samsung India Service. I really hope you wont have to deal with them anytime. They just wont agree to this issue and say its some MURA effect. I did the opposite I sold away this Samsung tv and bought the newest Sony Mini LED 65 inches which far better than Samsung. I feel for some reason the products (Samsung or Sony) are the best but their customer service executives are under skilled or maybe they dont want to help. I know this is a different story in other countries like UK or US.

I too own qn90c many videos say its a ads panel and not having good contrast ratio is it true? Also in sdr mode are yougetting patchy blue scenarios when put in contrast enhancer high

No patchy blue scenarios for me and as per me the contrast ratio is good. Like i said, in some scenes Sony is better and in majority of the content i consume, samsung solves the purpose.

I never owned Sony so no comment in the service part but i had a samsung the frame 55 inch, 2021 model. after 2.5 years panel got totaly blacked out, service engineer said new panel needs to be replaced but after one month they said part is not available in india so samaung will deduct 11.11% per year from the invoiced amount and refund the rest. I bought it at 79k in 2021 and theg refunded 53k back. Now, pls suggest shall i go for sony x90l or samsung qn85d or qn90d? As per my experience, im satisfied with samaung service, i dnt know what would happen if i got the same issue with sony tv. Hi bro, pls suggest.

Hi, As per my recent experience with Sony service and after getting the view point from other people as well, Samsung is the safe bet. Sony might be making better picture quality televisions as compared to competitors but the after sales support is nowhere near where it used to be.

Thanks bro. For the prompt response. Thats my worry if same problem I would have had faced with Sony then I dnt know what would happen. With Samsung, I even didn't had a word with company people, only service centre people resolved the issue of refund. Although I bought it online. Ok, let me check x90l also personally otherwise, Samsung people suggested me QN85D against x90l. If you have any idea, suggest me or else thanks for your earlier input. Thanks.

@@adityasinghrajawat9343 : Brother go for Samsung equivalent. As per my experience, some models are cheaper at Croma and some at other retail outlets. You need to negotiate on the final price. They have good margin in these high end televisions.

Hi Sir I have just purchased Sony X90L 65 inch from Ahmedabad on 4th July . I haven’t taken the delivery yet . I will be taking it on 15th July . I have taken 3 year warranty on it . I have bought it from Croma . Sir please help me in letting know whether are there any steps that I need to take before taking delivery of my tv so that if any issue exists in future it can resolved

@@theversatiletv2359 run the RGB video test from youtube on it first thing. This will tell you whether the panel is right or not. And check the delivery box. Make sure it is not broken

You got a defective piece, did it ever cross your mind that Reliance Digital may have sold you a refurbished product or it was a defective piece from the start, not all electronic appliances are pefect, I am into my 2nd Sony bravia LED, i sold the first one after using it for 8 years to another person, that tv works, my 2nd led w672 works like a charm, even though its 1080p, it looks much better than 4k tvs from other brands, its picture quality and hdr performs better when i play 4k content from laptop via hdmi cable, x90l though led is full array and can even give one a satisfaction of watching oled like quality at much lesser price though its led, i agree with you that your experience with Sony could have been better and they should have given you a new tv once yours was an defective one however let me also tell you most electronic companies in india have horrible customer service, i have to fight with jbl as well, which i won and i got more than my money back, you need to be smart, you wasted time in your 2nd video here telling listeners about your worth and connections, you could have spent time in talking about features, you need to seriously improve your language skills, you are way too soft and tend to repeat same thing again and again, remember time is money, goodluck with your tv and 1 more thing, you ran youtube video on your sony tv, if you can afford 1 lakh plus tv, you can definately afford youtube premium, ad was very annoying...
