Good evening Mr Tùng. for me I had a problem that after following the steps shown in the file downloaded from the Sony website, my camera could not finish the update and an error message displayed indicates that the update failed. after that, the camera no longer works despite having reconnected it to the PC one, second and a thousand times. the camera is detected by the software provided by Sony to do the update and even detects the installed version (1.01). when I restart the camera nothing happens, the camera does not work, when I put the battery there is just the indicator light near the ON / OFF button that lights up green even if the camera is switched to OFF. Can you help me to recover my camera on which I rely to do my films, please?

hi. i cant figure out how you did it. but try with a good usb cable. give it DC power. the suspicion of an update interruption is very high.
