I have been praying and thinking about you for some time once I saw you all were not posting for awhile. Megs spirit and zest for life are remarkable and courageous even in the face of an overwhelming diagnosis. I can FEEL her Soul, her spirits longing, and you to Darren/McDazzle, I know Meg is the love of your life, she is everything to you, and the mere thought of her not being by your side jut tears you up, I know, we men only share such things with the lover of our Souls, but I know my friend, I know. In this case I know without a doubt that we all are praying for Meg and Darren, and specifically for Megs healing from this disease. For us believers we know there is only one hope and that is through the healing power of Yeshua/Jesus through the Holy Spirit in her Soul, to cleanse and free her from the grip of death and destruction, and set her free to blow where the wind calls her Soul. My wife and I have travelled this journey, starting in 2010. Once we shared our fears with others it was remarkable how many others had trod this path too. Even more remarkable was the survival rate. Take heart from this. Breast cancer is survivable, life may never be quite the same again, and yes chemo and radiation was really tough, but this is one cancer that can be beaten. I have been binge watching your videos since stumbling across one of them a couple of days ago, and got up to this one. I’m a tough 65 year old, ex military Aussie guy, but your story in regards to the big C has me sitting on my couch trying to hide my tears. It took me back to 2007 when i myself went through advanced prostate cancer. Stay strong and fight through it as a team, as did my wife and I. We researched, listened to the doctors, and made the best treatment plan decisions we could at the time, as you and Darren will also do. I was diagnosed in 2016, and it was a deer in the headlights few weeks, then surgery. I was lucky, stage 2. It hasn't progressed. Be of good faith, and enjoy your life; know that Cancer won't define your life or be your life...easier said than done. BUT in the meantime I absolutely love your videos and your fresh, honest approach to life. Kudos to the both of you and keep the spirits up...Keep sailing...

Im so sorry that Cancer has entered your life. There are much more options today than even five to seven years ago. There is so much more they are learning all the time. I'm a Cancer survivor as well. About 12 years ago I went for a checkup and they found that I had Prostrate Cancer. Pretty horrific news when it first hits you. I ended up doing full surgery and I am now cancer free. It took about three months to get over the darn surgery and about a year to get 90% back to normal. I wish you all the best of success and of course I hope that it is as smooth sailing as possible. xoxoxo

Hi I just came upon your channel and heard your story, I am sorry to hear that you may have cancer. I myself was diagnosed last year and I took the nontraditional way to heal myself. I have watched videos like Chris beat cancer, nutritional facts and others. I didn’t have any chemotherapy but I did have the surgery to remove the cancer and today I am cancer free. By changing the way I ate I believe it has made my body healthier. Great video.

Thank you for this honest video. Stumbled on your channel via a link in a other sail flog. Despite of what you are going through right now there is a sun on the horizon. My wife felt the same thing in 2010. She went through surgery , and to her horror also the chemo and the radiation. She is well and up and running. To gain control she changed her diet and tries to live a full and healthy live. The feelings and fear you are going through will get less but it takes time. I wish you all the best and fair winds ! Hi Meg, 20 years ago my wife was diagnosed with a cancer that has a poor 5 year outlook. She is still here doing her best to drive me nuts. Keep your positive attitude, this will be just a temporary delay to your cruising departure. Darren, a wise nurse pulled me aside and said the best thing you can do to help your partner, is look after yourself, mind and body. Its strange how things go, only yesterday I was thinking, I haven't seen a video from Sarean for a while. Hope we see another soon. Best wishes. J

My wife had Stage 3 Breast Cancer nearly 8 years ago in both breast and had to have lymp nodes removed. Other than lymphdemia, she is doing fine. I know where you both are now in dealing with this unknown and will be praying for the both of you. The key is to keep your immunity system strong. Prayers for a safe voyage in the future.

Well done wondered what was up. Glad you're over the hump, a bit of advice from a stranger, take your time and relax a bit the Islands have been there for a long time and will still be there in six months or a year. Enjoy yourselves and pamper yourselves a bit, but most of all take time to de-stress , you may not have gotten to the stage yet where you realise that the anxiety is nearly as bad as the bloody cancer , drift awhile and then sail away when the doctors say goodbye.

Found your channel today and just wanted to say that my mom lost a breast to cancer in 1970; she lived for another nine years and may still be alive today had she not resumed smoking cigarettes in 1973. I believe she interfered with the body's remarkable ability to heal itself. Be positive, eat well, and best of luck to you. Ken in St. Pete
