really great video Hun. I have a science/biochemistry background and can confirm that all the info you have read in that book is spot on. Our bodies are just a little several vessel that will do all it can to keep us alive. I think you will see a great loss this week if you can get all the protein in and change up the work outs :) good luck x

i learned that when u eat the wrong carbs, they just make u want more carbs which leads to binging and never really feeling full, always wanting more. I found it to be true

OOOH DR SEARS, I had no idea who you were talking about until you mentioned PACE, because I read that book. I LOVED THAT BOOK :D I'm going to read this one now too.

Loved the video!!! I work out using the HIIT also! Works great! I had also switched back momentum but now bk on points plus! You still look great!!! Yes you def need to find out what works for you ;) so did I catch that right? Only workout 20 min a day using HIIT??????

I incorporated slim fast products. I remember this helped me back the first time I was on ww. Also the week before i left on vacation in the end of April, I ate 4 times a day instead of 6. this helped me from binging on stupid snacks at night.

awesome info! sounds like a great game plan! I am going to check it out for myself, too. That all totally makes sense, and I even remeber Dr. Oz mentioning some of those points on his show! lol, I remember him also referring to "cave man". Love it!! now to find a copy of that book......

Thanks for all the info. I have Turbo Fire and there are HIIT workouts in that program. It's hard but effective.

Does that bodybugg help you? I have been on ww for over a year and a half and now I am stuck. I think it all started when they switched over to the new program. I tried the new program and gained. So I switched back to the old program and I still cant lose. I need to lose 12 more pounds and I was wanted to know if that bodybugg would help me? Has it helped you?
