Preface/edit: these aren't Jake's handpicked settings, they were done for him for his unique setup/build by FPS Hub as he mentions. Absolutely clueless settings. You're CPU bound because you're not making use of your GPU (you'd know if you used Afterburner/RTSS) with all these low settings. You don't mention anything about Windows/NVCP settings either so it's basically useless info. Edit: You did make it clear it was "expert" advice and not what you came up with, was a bit harsh on you Jake my bad.

So, you said Reflex on + Boost if your GPU time is lower than your CPU time. In the menus my GPU time is lower than my CPU however, when running the benchmark the reported stats are flipped there. CPU is lower than my GPU time. Any thoughts on that? EDIT: Disregard below. Keeping all other settings and turning off fidelity cas and turning it back to DLSS I shot up to 200 fps avg in the benchmark. So, I am running a 3090ti, 12900k, 32gigs of DDR5 @6400 mhz. I am running 4K and I had everything turned up all the way with DLSS on and was almost maxing out the 144hz monitor. Doing the benchmark I was averaged 137fps. After lowering all these settings and changing what you said in this video I now get 93 fps. I don't get it.

guys please do not put your video memory cap at 50. I have no clue why he said to do that. even if you run everything on low and youll never hit anywhere near 90% used. DO NOT cap it at 50. You are only hurting yourself, especially if you have a weaker card

It depends on the graphics card u have. If u have the top gpus then vram cap should be at 50-70, if u have a lower end or medium gpu then anywhere from 70-90

Please do your research before saying something which is simply not true. If you have a poor graphics card, then yes put it at 80 or even 90, but with a good gpu you should lower it to 50 because it was found that you get the least amount of stutters aswell as input lag.

Texture resolution should be on high or at least medium because it doesn’t affect your FPS it only uses more Vram, so you don’t lose performance but make the quality look better

@@yuutasai5626 my guy, I get same FPS with High textures as with Low, texture doesn’t impact the frames as long you have enough VRAM it even says on the game, affect VRAM while all others is affecting FPS

Are you on bnet or steam? I had bnet for the longest time and purchased another version on steam. The steam audio is vastly different than bnet.

Yeah the audio is vastly different between the two, it's annoying. You also need to deal with Steam controller inputs on top so it adds another layer of customization/possibly double inputs. I'd rather play on Steam since that's where my main library is but for controller CoD games I think BNet is simpler.

So I found what worked for me on the ps5 was to set the default graphics of the console to 1080p resolution. The frame rate is massively increased and the rest is all just scaled by the settings on the console. It’s barely noticeable on the resolution change but the fps jump is amazing! Makes it so much less lag and also smoother. If you have a 120hz monitor also make sure your settings are on to take advantage of this…

Yes, it's been researched that you don't need 90, if you run a benchmark and look at the VRAM usage % on the right, that's what you set it to, my vram % usage is at 32% so i put my memory scale to 50
