Updated! Glory to God! 🙌Thankyou Bishop and The Potters House for being vessels! This is the sixth day that I’ve been free from a very bad habit I had of smoking marijuana🙌 I tried many of my own ways to quit. I tried replacing that habit with another habit, tried to control how often I smoked, etc. I began to pray that GOD would take away the desire and give me strength. As I work toward a deeper relationship, I began to realize that it was a barrier. For a while I struggled.. I would smoke everyday before bed; otherwise I’d be up all night; mind racing etc. Until one day I woke up at around 9pm and realized I hadn’t smoked since that morning and had managed to fall asleep. I just laid there and prayed until I fell back asleep; and slept that entire night. It gave me strength and joy the next morning and carried me through the next day; and now here I am six days later still free, with no desire to smoke what’s so ever. When around people that smoke, the smell doesn’t even tempt me Hallelujah 🙌 So many times I tried weaning off; trying to stay busy, replacing it with another habit etc. But GOD did it in a day!🙌✝️ There was no weaning no methods no replacing the habit, he just broke it. It’s like he didn’t need my help; I just realized I was done, it was over, I no longer smoked or wanted to. I wish I could go deeper. GOD willing, one day I’ll be able to share my testimony on how he has used The Potters House and others to help, lead, guide me and more. 🙏✝️

Beautiful Tamika! Saturday night I was fed up, Sunday morning I rose in a different light. It has been 5 days and I am stronger than I ever was when I tried my own methods. I prayed for my strength and I prayed to get bad habits off of me... SMOKING MARIJUANA was the first break through and I will forever be grateful for the release of the barrier my HIGHNESS has casted off of me. It doesn't matter if the sermon was 3 years ago, every last one I listen to comes on in divine time. BECAUSE TIMING IS EVERYTHING! Many blessings to you sis and your journey. We are on the way.
