I bought a pack of nose hoops from Claires, and for me personally, they're actually pretty fantastic! They're so comfortable, and they never come undone or slide out. I also bought a gold hoop from Hot Topic recently, and it was awful. The metal was super cheap and bent and made my nose itch, and the opening (where the metal had been cut) was jagged and poked me constantly. So strange that they were the opposite for me as they were for you!

honestly, most of my nose rings are from claire's and i love them... i haven't had a single issue with any of them. they never irritated my piercings and they don't seem to fall apart faster then any of my other jewelry. I'd say give them a try.

I've tried multiple nose rings from Claire's and the jewels fall out constantly. Same with my old Monroe ring, they just aren't very good at least the one by me isn't. Haha

I am super scared to get any kind of piercing. In summer 2017 me and my little sister got our first piercings (ears) and i only changed them like 3 times and then a couple months after that, one of my brothers kicked me and one of my earrings came out, and I didn’t put it back in. In June of this year (this was written in 2018) I was at the pool and I FINALLY decided to take out my other earring, which at that point I had in for 9 MONTHS without changing because I was too scared to change it. It came out fine, and I haven’t worn earrings ever since. My earring holes closed, and I plan to get them re-pierced in a few years when my bff is getting her first earrings.

Kind of random, but when you got your eyebrow pierced, did you not fill in your eyebrows or not wear makeup? A lot of people are telling me I shouldn't wear any at all, but that's really not all that possible for me so just wonderin! 😄

When I got my lip pierced I simply didn't put makeup in the area. I then made sure to clean it after applying makeup to make sure that nothing fell into it, like powder and whatnot. They healed up great! Just be extra diligent with cleaning and make sure not to get any in the piercing and it should be fine. Keep in mind your skin may be irritated longer than you think, so keep a close eye on how it's reacting with your makeup. Even if you didn't have any issue before

To be safe you should baby it for a year, and not take it out for AT LEAST 3 months. 6 months is best.

Maleah Marger Every time I get any type of cartilage piercing, I ALWAYS ask for a hoop because I swell REALLY bad when I get ear piercings. I don't know why. lol but hoops allow more room for swelling but they do slow the healing process because they move a lot. It's up to you and your piercer. Mine knows I always ask for hoops.

Evil Regal when I got mine done, the initial piercing didn't really hurt but the healing process was hell. I couldn't sleep on the pierced side for about 3 months. The healing process and piercing process is different for everyone though. Good Luck with your piercing😁😁
