Thanks for the info! Did you have to separate momma and papa while she was carrying or having the litter?

My pleasure! And we separate momma about a month before she is due; this allows her some extra time for individual feeding portions, plus no stress at the time of delivery. Boars are not aggressive towards piglets at all, but neither are they careful around them. So it is definitely recommended to have momma in a separate area with before farrowing, and for at least a few weeks after, until the piglets have a little size on them and better mobility
