Right click the file and select "open with" and then choose what to open it with. Either notepad or notepad++

I cant open the police grammar menu, I have tried to reinstall the plugin and also lspdfr but none of that worked. I had my settingskey set to Control + F2 but when I pressed those buttons nothing worked so I changed the settingskey to Control + F5 but didnt fix it so if someone knows a fix, please let me know!

[FIXED] i have no clue why, but the mod says that i dont have a required library, then lspdfr crashes. i did everything like this tutorial said, even reinstaled whole lspdfr, then instaled my previous mods, and after instaling grammar police, it crashed again. I have both - stop the ped and ultimate backup. I'm not sayong that this mod sucks or anything. Its a really great mod (according to what i saw on internet). i just have a hard time instaling and configurating it for some reason i guess. EDIT: i restarted (turned on and off) my pc and it somehow worked. I have no fucking clue lmfao.

Hey man, how did you know some of those codes to say to the dispatch? Are they listed somewbere in a readme or something?

I learned them from a mod called vocal dispatch. Not really sure if it's still available. If it is, download it and look at the read me file. But don't install it

@@geoffrey_gamer I ended up finding out that you can edit the XML to essentially make your own codes, I originally asked cause it felt like dispatch always misheard me, but after making my own codes in the XML it works MUCH better now, thankyou so much for taking the time to respond to my question
