Vitamine c oxidizes extremely fast. Therefore it needs to be packaged in an airtight container, like a pump for example. If not packaged airtight (and protected from UV light btw) it Will oxidize and won’t work in the skin. It can even do harm because due to the oxidization it can connect on to freeradicals which can irritate the skin and harm your skin.

I honestly think she shouldn’t be working out everyday. I think she should just stick to yoga.. she should also increase her fat intake... way too many salads. it’s very important to gain weight while pregnant. Im sure she knows but salads are not going to take you anywhere specially if you’re working out on top of it. She needs to let go for once.

Actually salads can be quite high in calories with the right ingredients and the right dressing (talking about 500-600cals salads). Let’s just not shame salads in general. We also saw very little of what meals she eats during a whole day.

Michelle Kawczinski imagine eating three 600 cal salads =1800 cal plus working out... even if she adds 2 more snacks, she’s still under eating. She’s a tall person so she needs lots of calories! Again specially if you’re working out and pregnant... I just hope she’s meeting her weight requirements. She’s 5’11 btw.

I’m glad you’re finding some good workouts! It makes a huge difference in delivery if you continue to stay strong and healthy while pregnant. My best friend was very healthy and fit before pregnancy and continued to stay that way while pregnant (with modifications of course). When she went into labor there were some issues and she had a very hard labor and delivery. However, because she was so strong and fit and healthy, it made a major difference in how her body was able to handle it all, and she didn’t even have an epidural! It was impressive! She was able to bounce back quickly after the pregnancy too. So good for you for continuing your fitness! I’m so happy for you and Laurens and your families! ❤️❤️❤️

Swimming is very good for pregnant women. It’s good cardio and it doesn’t disturb the baby at all. You feel also lighter in the water so it’s easier for a futur mother to do whatever she want.

Hi Romee. I have a similar trouble with eczema (especially on eye lids). My allergens are typical (citrus, soy, honey, sugar, spicy food, exotic fruit). Also i avoid eating too much eggs, no seafood, no milk (but processed milk products are fine). In this video you mentioned that you might feel allergic to soy. Tofu is made of soy. I guess it might not be the best option in this case. I hope this info is not annoying, but might be helpful. Take care and have a nice day😇

You are still beautiful even with a few blemishes. I only use products free of fragrance. Cerave products have been my full routine now including sunscreen and I have noticed a great difference. I use Pai (oil cleanser) then cerave cleanser for a double cleanse at night.

Hi Romee, I'm 16 and from Australia and struggle with eczema all over my body Mine is definitely from citrus and high Salicylates, I haven't had grapes, strawberries, oranges, mandarins... in ages and that has definitely helped. I also have a bunch of probiotics and eczema shield tablets every morning to help. Plus I don't have dairy, or bread which also helps.

It's really not that good. I used it and didn't do anything. My hair was greasy and dry the same time. No volume and the conditioner was to thick to use. Use rahua if you want 100% natural shampoo.

Im so jealous of your pregnancy if this is how you are at 9 weeks... I was throwing up 20+ times a day for the first 18 weeks😷😷 I lost a stone because I couldn’t keep anything down. My beautiful little girl was worth all of it though🐣 so happy for you guys, it’s the best feeling in the world becoming a parent and you both are going to make great ones. Lots of love xxxxx

So happy for you Romee!! Just a suggestion put the chia seeds in water so that they activate .. same with the flax seeds. I use powdered flax seed. You are so sweet!
