Always love homeschool room tours! Our room is small and has to serve as a playroom and school room (3 year old and 6 year old). Its tricky, but making it work. I love how you have baskets under each bookcase. Great tip for creating extra storage space!

Excited for this one! I’ve been procrastinating on pulling our schoolroom together. I need the motivation. TFS! *ETA- I ❤️ our pencil sharpener. You’re right! It is the best. I bought it at the recommendation of my son’s Kindergarten teacher when he was in public school. She said it had lasted her for years, through MANY little kids. My son is starting 7th grade, we’ve been homeschooling for 5 years, and the sharpener still seems brand new.

I buy too many workbooks that end up not being used. I buy our textbooks used from thriftbooks and currently have up to grades 2-5, but I feel like I buy too much ahead of time and then some of it goes unused as well. I'd just feel bad if I spent alot on a boxed curriculum and it didn't work for us. That pencil sharpener is awesome!

Hello. I'm not sure if you have already done a video about how your kids binders are set up or what you keep in there but I am very curious how they look Inside. We are moving to mostly all the good and beautiful and we have the plastic bins also. My kids have their binders from our old system which was more of a worksheet system. They love the binders and want work in their but as you know the good and the beautiful is all bound and way too pretty and functional to rip out lol. Just looking for ideas to incorporate their binders and was thinking of putting weekly planners for them in there as well. Do you have their plans listed in there also? Thanks

This is my favorite kind of video! Question about the IKEA desks. Do you find that they are big enough? Enough surface space? My daughter (entering 7th grade) is using a table currently, and spreads everything out all over the place. She doesn't really need all of the stuff, but it spreads because it can. Do you feel like your older kiddos will outgrow them or will they continue to work?

This is my first year home schooling, my daughter will be in 2nd grade. I'm debating on having her use math level 1 (with TGATB), vs math level 2. Is TGATB math pretty challenging compared to public schooling. I'm thinking she might be behind, due to the pandemic and school closures.
