Does the minigame "observesus" appear right after we power the horn or we will have to wait for it to spawn?

It will appear when there is no occuring minigame. And even if there is a queue of minigames, it will bypass the wait line.

Hey,my sis was exploiting in epic minigames and instead of joining the game,she got sent to "naughty corner for inf jump' do u know if she will ever be able to play epic minigames again or is it permanent?

I don't know the moderation penalties, but I'm sure the TG staff are super lenient with their bans, so she could be unbanned within 3 days or so.

That means the Observous minigame is chosen in queue within your server, so you should've stayed within it until that pops up. If it's not popping up, contact the TG staff.
