I personally recomend not erasing the belt and badges glitched outfit before you use it to create your outfit, bcs of you can repeat it again infinitely and create many different outfits.

Yes dude, only the 2nd method, but if you don't have the gunbelt to paste un your outfit(method 1)and you dont wanna erase your outfits, you can get any other belt, and IAA badge by following the 1rst method

Go to the top of the casino when you get out the pool put on the gloves then your outfit changes

No dude, it doesn't work if your 1st character is a female, if you wanna do that you should delete your first character and create a 1rst male character(or the option i did, create a new gta account to have 2)
