summary: - optimize your game first (link in description) - have a stable base framerate (25fps ok, 30fps great, 60fps ideal) - if you know how, LOCK your fps (nvidia panel, adrenalin, msi afterburner, etc) - x2 method is the best, x3 is okay - do not play in fullscreen - make sure you have some room in your GPU usage, or the program cannot work and lastly - TRY EVERYTHING! Each setup is different :)

Thing to remember: it will still 'feel' like you're playing with the base fps but it will look like the scaled fps.

I'm suuuper hesitant to get this, because I very rarely trust "AI" (fancy algorithms) to do anything, but it _does_ look like it works pretty well

@@SilverSabertooth I honestly got very surprised of how good it is. but as a safety measure, I really recommend 30fps minimum, or you will start to see a little of the AI frames. (10/10 would recommend this program)

i ve been using it for a few days and as a great enemy of frame generation was dumbfounded how great it works there basically no visual downgrade, heck with native scaling of ls1 or fsr it makes the basic image look better since you cant change sharpness of taa i was tempted to just use the built in scaler with native rendering to get a bit more quality/better aa, but the additional frames are actually amazing and the biggest thing, the added input latency is actually minimal, now, remember, you want to have as high as possible basic frames otherwise input lag is gonna kill ya also, i didnt cut frames to get stable frametime, and it works really well (on like 40-55 on avg frames) i tried with adaptive sync and its even better, but another added latency makes it so together you start to feel the lag otherwise, im literally gonna use it in most games im gonna play cant wait for them to get the hands on next gen tech, its gonna be even better next year :D

Is it just allowing you to use FSR frame gen in games where it's not supported or is it something entirely different? From my experience FSR frame gen on my RTX 3070 only makes things worse. Does it work combined with DLSS? Does it work with borderless windowed?

I don't think I've ever got this game above 20fps. I play on a laptop with only 8g ram, but it has an extra slot. Would 4x ram help? 32g. Forgive me. I know almost nothing of how games and computers work together.

even 16gb would already help, but dont forget your GPU and CPU has a part in the fps as well. If they're weak there's not much you can do

@@KougaArt it's an Acer Nitro with I believe the GTX 1050i? No idea if that's correct, but all my other games play really well. I play borderlands 3, Forza h5 and battlefield 2042. That's really it. But I play them on highest or almost highest settings. Is it because the isle is so huge? Certain servers I get up to 30fps as long as I'm not among a large amount of critters. I'm looking at replacing my 8gb RAM with 2x 16gb Corsair vengeance DDR4. any improvement in FPS would be good. Lol

@@sakfpv8444 the GTX 1050ti is very old and weak, increasing your ram won't fix much of the performance, will just make it more stable, but can help in other older games, the isle is a big no no

Kouga, o meu the isle ele nao roda a 60 fps cravado mas as vezes ele chega nos 60, voce aconselharia que eu deixasse o fps maximo em 60 ou deixar estável em 40? (Usando o lossless scaling). Lembrando que quando eu deixar o fps maximo em 60, ele nao vai atingir 60, ele vai ficar variando de 35-60.

Its an external program. I wouldnt use it. Just get a good pc build. It's risky business using "PC Enhancement" stuff like this.

kouga, o meu the isle evrima roda muito bem, com cerca de 60 fps cravados, mas mesmo assim o áudio do meu jogo fica travando muito, você sabe o que pode ser isso? você sabe se isso é algum bug do próprio jogo? eu tenho tudo atualizado no pc, drivers e etc. isso me desanima muito a jogar. vídeo maravilhoso 😊

@@luu36950 você já tentou deletar a pasta config? normalmente ele ajuda nesses tipos de erros caso já tenha deletado, recomendo uma instalação limpa, tirando o folder the isle do localappdata e aí desinstalando pela steam
