thoughts on gnomaterial/droll & lock? they literally end your opponent's turn and you can for sure game shot them next turn. gnomaterial beats pretty much every meta deck. the worst matchup is striker, but even then you can stop kagari --> shizuku. even vs orcust, droll & lock can slow down dangers and hit the lightstage. vs salamangreat, you can hit bufferlo/cynet mining to prevent the sanctuary search. for the one-for-one hand traps, if you only open one of them, you risk them having an extender that can play through that hand trap. budget reasons aside, phantazmay seems too good not to play. unbricks hand + dig for hand traps + protect your plays on your upcoming turn. another application is it can bait out an ash, and you can hit them with your second hand trap.

Damn that's a lot of super poly targets. Is there a reason you dropped tri-gate? If you need to reliably kill someone over a salaman board or an eagle-boostered shizuku I feel like you need to co-link borrelsword to tri-gate.

TheRealPekka it’s always been super easy to get two monsters on the board; you almost always have access to agent and that plus a normal summon just lets you combo

doesnt superpoly block your extra monster zone?! so you need a additional extender to go into beat cop to be able summoning a double helix...

NexXo1337 better to Super poly than to to auto lose to thunder; the idea is that you super poly away two negates, then crash starving venom and deal with their whole board. Sitting on that monster becomes easier with a handtrap, beat cop is there for when you want it out of the EMZ; it’s not a play you make immediately, but rather one you wait for until you have enough for game
