question. if the majority of lights you have use color wheel do you merge to the beam color presets also?

I'm trying to import my patch and layers from vectorworks. But the permission is being denied, as the user is "chrisg" and all the stuff inside the showfile follows the user if i change to admin. Any help?

Hey, first of all: Thanks a lot for giving us this awesome showfile! I played around a bit and i think i will use this one for my upcoming festivalseason. One point is irritating me. Why does the WASH (POS-W) only creates one position instead of all like the SPOTS (POS-SP)? It would be awesome to have the same positions because the WASHs are normally also movingheads. Hope you can answer me soon.

Thanks for the feedback, i’m glad it’s helpful. For me I try to keep it simple that’s why i usually just keep my washes as a stage wash. But you could easily store similar positions with the washes and just build up that cue stack similar to the Spot one.

This is a great video. Why do you keep colors Grouped and not just make them universal? I know that CT of different lights will be different but if its punting rock and roll about the only color you will ever stay in for any period of time is a blue.

Found a minor bug! on line 80 in the "update beam punt page v6" macro, it's missing a group select line ("Group $BEAMCFXU") before saving the dimmer fader.

I’ve started using “universal” presets recently as a starting point for my colours (and a couple of functional positions) Means if I add a random extra colour mixing fixture, it just works Also, it’s a bit of a pain in the ass (command line stuff) But if you make a custom swatch palette, and use a macro to reference colours in that.. MA2 will try it’s best to create preset data for colorwheel fixtures You can always overwrite it later with better choices if you aren’t happy with some of the results.. but it means at least each preset has data in it.. Which speeds up fixing a colour picker for a new fixture type etc Enjoying the video! ❤

Hi, when I download the file I don't get any views, faders, buttons etc, it feels like I'm doing something wrong, I have the latest version of OnPC, does anyone have any thoughts?

@@ImperfectMK I found there's a macro that loads the punt page and faders, looks like there aren't any views and they need to be rebuilt.
