I've always made my mexican rice with a can of Veg All. But I will make the sauce like yours with tomatoes from my garden instead of using the little can. Good tip about heating the broth so the temp won't drop after browning the rice. And you're so right about using homemade chicken broth. It's simple to do and makes a difference. Thanks for a great video Alma! This is a keeper!
