we need to ask them how much they paid for the architect fees, an architect is required for the blue print plan and for the approval of constructing the house. Furthermore, how much does it cost to get the permit for building a house, electrical and water permit/connections. This video only stated the material as well as the labour cost but there are hidden cost when one wants to build a house. I am also wondering if the owner had installed heat insulation, I could not see the air conditioning ( pardon me, but I probably missed it) as well as the kitchen stove. I want to know if the air conditioning as well as the kitchen stove and the fridge are included.....but congratulations to the owner. I just wish the author of this video should mentioned the hidden cost, etc. This way, I need to prepare an extra 500,000pesos as the "hidden fees". Is the builder giving 1 year guarantee?

that would be nice to get a free floor plan but I do not think the architect would be happy to give it to you for free because the owner paid for it or you can ask the owner to give it to you but you need to mention that you are willing to pay her half the cost of the architect that she hired. There are so many free floor plan online, specially here in KZbin.

An architect normally ask for 5 to 10 % of the total cost of the house you want to build. Building permit cost will depend on the location where you want to build your house, the size and the price of the house you want to build, same as the electrical and water permit. Overall, I think we need to have at least an extra 300k to 500k pesos on top of the cost of the materials (including appliances) and labour.

Land price not included. This 2024, this house will cost you a total of roughly 1.5 million pesos INCLUSIVE to all fees that i have mentioned excluding the appliances. The size and the material structure of this house is from basic to medium standard quality materials. A standard house will never go below 1 million in this year of 2024.
