Hey! Today I'm sharing my current self care and hygiene routine. Let me know if you'd be interested in an updated chatty video about life (the boys and our schedule, the animals and how we're all doing).. It's been a minute since I've done that.

I spent first month of quarantine in my apartment in the city center. Then I was able to move to my parents home which is in a much smaller city. I was never living in a house before (my parents bought it three years ago and it’s been almost ten years since I moved out for college) and omg I love it here! I love taking care of the garden, walking around barefoot on the grass, observing birds and insects... it’s all sooo relaxing I’ve started thinking about moving out of the capital city within the next 10 years. Now I know what made me feel so relaxed about your videos! :)

I always shower at night. I feel like it washes the day off of me and getting into bed clean is the best. Plus I have curly hair so I got to bed with my hair damp so it doesnt get as frizzy

Same here. When I started working out in the evenings after work, a morning shower was NOT going to work. I've also that I prefer it now too because it's one less step in the morning. My hair is curly but I keep it super short so I just spray to dampen it and then run my fingers through it.

I always take my showers in the evening/night. I'll also usually put my hair in a braid at night, and it makes getting ready in the mornings much easier/faster!

I brush my hair out in the shower when I put in my conditioner too. Instead of a comb I use a head massager for the shower, they have wide bristles so it’s a 2 for 1 😃. No tangles and a quick head massage. Relaxing and it is supposed to help stimulate the hair follicles.

I really like Love and Planet's mission statement to have as close to a zero carbon footprint as possible. I've been using their hand lotion for a while and really like it. Another company you might be interested in that's similar is Ethique. Their products come in completely biodegradable boxes and they're very green as well.
