Screw the actual top on super tight and then push the nozzle part all the way closed and then turn it the opposite way to open. That’s how I got mine open

Wash, deep condition, gentle (no extensions protective style), and wear wig or head wraps for a month or 3! Care for your hair daily while keeping it out of sight!

Don’t buy this! Warning! Trying to spread the word before it’s too late! I have 3c/4a hair and this made my hair and scalp very dry and limp. After about a month of using this my hairline and face broke out with sores and rash. Also thinned out my hair doing the complete opposite of what it’s supposed. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone especially if you have sensitive skin! These products are cheap and over clarifying! Also I’m positive that it was these products as these were the only new things I was using.
