when i watch ur videos, you make me feel that it’s okay to make time for myself, to make time to heal, to put myself first, and to love the things i love, which is sth i struggle a lot with esp as a mother now and a lot of guilt and shame surrounding those areas. you remind me to be in touch with myself and to take care of myself so that i can take better care of my son. but more importantly, you make me feel that it’s okay to be me, to be different from others, to want a life different from my parents/ my culture, to raise my child in the way that i think is right and not what my parents think is right. you inspire me so much and i’m grateful that you upload these videos ❤️

To fill your days with the things that feel meaningful in your heart, to live your days feeling deeply connected to yourself and life. And when you do that, your son will learn to do the same because children are our little shadows that follow our lead - he’ll learn to prioritize his peace, his happiness, his wellbeing, himself. And when we’re truly at peace and happy with ourselves, it’s contagious, it’s so inspiring.. that’s when we can truly spread more goodness into this world 🌸 I see my daughter as my inner child and so when I ask myself what I needed most as a child, it was a mother who was deeply present, happy and healthy. It’s a full circle moment because now I get to reparent my inner child alongside my daughter 🤍 it’s a gift to have children.. she teaches me everyday what it means to love myself It’s not always easy to pave our own path but at the same time why live a life that isn’t yours you know ✨ I’m sending you so much love mama, you’re amazing Keep being you x
