I’m afraid the lack of tough physical players is going to catch up with the Avs this year. Watching the bruins and the panthers right now. No way the Avs can play with these guys. Too many 5’11 180lb guys. Zadorov just steamrolled somebody. It’s going to be a long season.

I have been an avs fan since they were the nordiques (1980) but I have to say that I have no confidence right now in their ability to win the cup. To many distractions, landeskog, nichushkin. To small non physical defensemen ( besides Manson). Serious question marks in goal.... Love me my avs but I'm low on confidence right now. P.S. should have kept Trenin and Duhaime. Trade Girard for a bigger gritty d-man.
