I think axial conduit should be moved to a focus for the Sorc, also giving them their first unique focus.

Assuming the jolting aspect can crit, it might be fun to try with non-lightning builds to proc the reworked Vyr's mastery.

Axial conduit chain lightning casting twice is good because that second cast is free in mana cost.

except you are paying 6 mana per cycle of chain lightning so having extra casts could cause your rotating lightnings to fail due to increased cost

@@DonTheCrown Its good that blizz nerfed the crown and Locrans. In the PTR thats all anybody was using. (Granted I understand people wanted to test them, but they were broken together as a combo. The nerf was warranted) Same thing with the shard. It made it so basic skills were almost entirely better than core skills across the board, esp for barb. I will say, out of the box Locrans is really good for precision rogues, but a perfect GA triple passive ammy will still be king. (WHICH IS A GOOD THING because of its rarity!!)
