I’ve showed her pics recently of the living room and kitchen and she was in shock she said she had tried painting the walls before and failed terribly lol that we have done things to the house that she only dreamed of, this was her and her husbands first home purchase also so it was a special house to her so she said it warms her heart that we take care of it as well as we do which makes me happy for her 🥰

Great idea using those doors from the fireplace, especially being as how it keeps little fingers off your decor, lol. Kyle did an awesome job making them fit, it looks flawless, you should start renting him out 😂. If you guys weren't so far from us I would hire Kyle, my hubby does his best, but I guess Kyle being in construction has more experience. The curtains look great, you got a great deal on them, and your new kitchen appliances are cool, they match your colors. It was nice to see cute Moonpie 😍. BTW cats sleep all day as a rule, sleep is good for them, and a part of their genetic make up. Like cats in the wild, they sleep during the day, and hunt at night. I'm curious, are you going to keep the modern fireplace there, or do you plan on getting the other one from Amazon in the future? Love you guys ❤❤❤❤❤

We had our family Thanksgiving yesterday (Sunday). This is due to our daughter being a L&D nurse. She works on Thanksgiving day. Next year she will work on Christmas Day. We plan our holidays around her work schedule. We had a nice day yesterday with family. Our son and his family were also there.

I'm obsessed with your new curtains!! I have been slowly changing my home over to mostly organic...linen curtains...sheets..duvet and I love the look with my farmhouse decor...I have some with the loop tab on top but I love the ties on those! Also...brilliant idea to reuse the cabinet doors and the way Kyle modified them looks like they were always there! Really finishes that area off. Love that Drew Barrymore line but haven't been able to justify buying any of it because I have everything already...but I may look into that knife set....simply beautiful. 🥰🥰

Have y'all thought about the cabinets Kyle was working; by putting LED light to lighten up the space? I think the kitchen stuff you got is nice. I have a hard time picking out new items for the kitchen. I have seen the new Beautiful crockpot!

It looks so much brighter and open without the wooden cornice! Love the new curtains too! I love a good deal!😊. You and Kyle did great on the cabinets!
