Die Bendex-Software des UpDownCenters-2 programmiert die Biegeabläufe automatisch. Ausgehend von einer STEP-Datei analysiert und importiert die Software die CAD-Daten des Biegeteils. Mit einem Mausklick erstellt Bendex eine Vielzahl von möglichen Biegeprogrammen und zeigt dem Bediener mit einem 5-Sterne-Ranking die bevorzugte Biegesequenz. Anhand eines Schaltschranks mit Türe zeigt das Video das Programmieren und automatische UpDown-Schwenkbiegen der beiden Blechteile.
The Bendex software of the UpDownCenter-2 programs the bending sequences automatically. Starting from a STEP file, the software analyzes and imports the CAD data of the part. With a single mouse click, Bendex creates a variety of possible bending sequences and indicates the preferred bending cycle to the operator with a 5-star ranking. Based on the example of an electrical cabinet with a door, the video shows the programming and automatic UpDown bending of two sheet metal components.
