I got one for $229 and I love it. I sometimes plug in my Switch but I mostly use it with my Galaxy phone with Dex. I am surprised how fast it is. Everything runs so well and the cool thing is when I upgrade my phone, I also upgrade my laptop. And I don't ever have to use my phone as a hotspot or try and connect it to wifi when I'm out and about. My phone is 5g so my laptop is always 5g - Awesome!

To ensure touch screen functionality, you'll need to connect the touch screen via Bluetooth. When accessing your phone's Bluetooth settings, the touchscreen will appear as a bluetooth device. The keyboard and track pad will also show up as well.

The only thing dex does not have is writing on the screen for Samsung notes or seeing your notes real time while writing on the phone

Ye however the Uperfect X 14 Pro and the Dopesplay Lapdock offer a 10,000 mah battery. The Nexdock has a small 5,800 one. Also the price as of late on the other two competitors is much better.

$389.99? Is that a joke? I can literally buy a functional laptop for that price. I can just plug it into the 14" touchscreen laptop I already own and use DEX, or just tether it for data. Sorry, but I give this 2 thumbs down. If it had an OLED panel, that would be the only scenario to buy it. $179 is top, and I mean top price it's worth. It's a device no one needs or asked for. Or here's an even better idea; just use your phone that you paid $1,200 for.

Dude, a 400 dollar laptop might have bad build quality(especially the hinge) and overheating issues and bad battery life. This one might be lighter and thinner. Also you underestimate just how expensive an oled display for laptops are. One downside is no webcam, youd have to use the phones selfie camera which would render the phone useless in that circumstance

The only thing I agree with you on is the price. It's a monitor + KB/mouse so it should be cheaper than what you could buy a budget laptop for. The rest of what you said I don't agree with. Most people don't need to buy a separate laptop but they do because it's what they know and are used to. It makes a lot of sense to use this computer in our pocket to power a desktop experience. As for your last comment "just use your phone that you paid $1,200 for"... LOL I hope you realize the irony of that statement.
