I also went through that same process earlier this year. Had to buy everything separate and figure it out. So yeah, I too recommend buying the K8 stinger store set instead so that it comes with the rgb controller and avoid the hassle with the connectors. But thanks for the video, glad someone put an end to the struggle lol

The vents look amazing 🙌🏼 but I prefer the oem dash ambient lighting. I think the door ambient lighting would look better if it under the door handle not the arm rest

When you were switching the colors the vent lights seem to not change sometimes? Is that just the camera or do the vents not have the full range of colors?

Its the camera. The blue and purple are almost the same and yellow to green. But it matches once it settles

Hey again, im getting ready to do this to mines this weekend and i am wondering about the LED kit you used for the light beam. I have one thats very similar to the one you showed and i was wondering if you cut the wire from the base it comes with that has the lighter outlet. Then did you posi tap it into the current lights in the stinger?

I used the new light from the lighting kit but for power and color source I used the factory ambient lighting. 👍

@DARK RISE I see, so my kit came with a car lighter plug, and it connects to like a little control box. With individual LED lights, so if I cut one of the lights from the base I mentioned then splice and posi tap it into the light that came with the stinger it should work without burning down my stinger right🤣😅

Yeah I've been having similar issue. For me when I click on red my lights comes on green then if I click on yellow it turns red and it keep doing that for all except for blue

@DARK RISE you didn't leave a link to your video on watching videos in the car. Also did you put that clear tubing behind the silver trim or over it. If you put it over it then wouldn't you just see a clear tube sticking to your trim? That wouldn't look good at all.

@DARKRISE how did you keep the Amazon lights in position so it can illuminate through the dash? Not sure how much of a hassle it will be but can you do a short video on how you got those lights tucked in and what wires you taped into since you didnt show it in the video. My main issue is keeping the clear fiber optic wire in position because when I put mines back together it wasnt illuminating

It could be that it was crippling somewhere, i gave the wire plenty of slack to prevent it from having to much tension or cripping.
