With its 2nd 1st place at an event, with the last being a Regional Championship, Miraidon ex is looking like a great deck to play in the current Paradox Rift meta!
With the release of the latest League Battle Deck, it makes sense that we upgrade this to match the best performing deck list for Miraidon ex!!

Hey, I’ve been having a lot of fun with tinkaton but I’ve been running into a lot of trouble going against gardevoir and iron valiant. Any tips on how to counter?

Best thing you can do if you're having issues with Iron Valiant is consider using the new Paradox Rift Jirachi to avoid pings to the bench. The Gardy ex matchup, if they're hitting with the Scream Tail, then you should make sure you have Manaphy up.

That Iron hands really seems like a good card versus one-prize decks, probably just too little damage for the V/EXs

Hello, I am new to ptcg. I do not understand rotations and why everyone seems ok with them? Just on a whim your deck might have cards banned? For what reason?

Not banned, but no longer Standard Legal. They can be used in Expanded Format. It's a way to keep the game fresh and continually changing.

I do this! Great for late game just to have another place to put energies and a back up attacker.

It'd be an interesting choice and catch a couple people off guard. Gives anyone trying to KO flaafy a difficult time. The only issue I have is that it doesn't have the same damage capabilities that Raichu V does.

What's a good alternative to the mareep engine? It'll rotate in a few months, after all

I think going forward, less Raichu V and more aggressive Electric Generator usage. Not too many cards that can regain lightning energy from discard like Flaafy did unfortunately.

@@ItsMeJoji yeah, it'll be a big loss. Hopefully we get another electric energy accelerator in the future. For now, i'll look for ways to retrieve items from graveyard and place energy back from gy to deck

Hmm... Depends on what you need to put in. It will mean less chances with Electric Generator
