It certainly is! Just plug it in, bring up the OBSBOT center software and away you go! Excellent quality at a REALLY cheap price!

First one looked quite bad when zooming to distance and second one had nice quality for cheap price but those leds at the backgound were jumping all the time and image little glitchy

Yeah the LEDS make it hard work but in even brighter light, it would work out fine. But if your in that kid of environment a lot then try the 4K version. 👍🏻
