I am a BFB and TPOT animator, as well as working as an object show animator for TEN YEARS!!!
In this video, I give a tutorial on how to create a more complex object show animation centered around two popular forms of action - running and jumping. This animation is in the BFDI style, so we use assets you can find here: bfdi.tv/assets/
There are many other ways to animate, such as using programs like FlipAClip.

I feel like the main problem with making object shows is organizing the team. Obviously it would be hard to make a whole object show by yourself. But how are you gonna manage a team?

i was making an animation, and i forgot that i should've grouped/clipped the layers (i use wickeditor), and i went really far almost finishing it, when i wanted to make the body animation, everytime i grouped/clipped all the parts, it wouldn't catch the other frames and it just deletes the objects from the canvas, so thank you for this and now i will keep animating
