Can I change it once its done, I didnt distribute the rank properly when I started playing and now I cant rank up my main hero and have a lot of badges in my storage which I can't use😢

It can't be changed once upgraded already. I mean the badges.

Unfortunately, no. For level 6, stars required are too much. However, you can get a good starting number, when upgrading from level 4 to 5. So, that by the time level 6 rolls around you already have 10 or 20% in level 6.
