@@Legendary62548 oh im not saying he doesn't but 99% of other youtubers shill for junk. but i know ill keep using my valley industries pressure washer gun i have them on all 3 of my pressure washers they get used hundreds of times a year and ive never broke one some of them are over 7 years old. he sorta re designed something that already worked fine lol the car wash i worked at used them also and they never broke after thousands of uses. a 3d printed spray gun just wont last in most conditions.

The zinc coated steel connectors last for about five years before rust starts to form. They also cost a fraction of the brand you recommend, so if anyone is on a budget, don't be afraid to get the zinc coated steal ones

Viton and EPDM rubber are both durable! Don't mislead your viewers! Viton can only withstand oil, that's the only difference!

Quick tip: if you put vaseline on the quick disconnect connections from home depot they wont rust.

Will this work only on HD brands? My chemical injector has started to rust and the brass looking quick release. Left it in wate. I put WD-40 on it but I think thats not going to be a long term solution. Thx

I think the green o-rings is what is used in A/C systems...Very durable and long-lasting

Those are nitrile rubber O rings. Very durable because of the freon and compressor oil.

The only way those would leak is the o-ring getting brittle , super easy to fix. Meanwhile, quick connect fittings leak alot more often and are much harder or sometimes impossible to fix. Are they convenient? Yes. Are they more reliable ? definitely not.

Most off the shelf o-rings for pressure washers are EPDM, which is a synthetic rubber. I've also never seen that color green on a Viton o-ring. It's more likely it's a Nitrile o-ring

My 60€ pressurewasher has this quick connect system already from the factory. I dont know how cheap your washer must be xD also even stainless steel can rust if it comes in contact with salt unless its a higher grade wich is also saltresistent

I still don't understand why American hoses screw onto the tap, it's dumb. In the time it takes to screw your hose onto the tap and screw the nozzle on, I've already connected 3 hoses together, connected it to the tap and have the hose nozzle connected and in use.
