The uneven flow of the water is causing the motor mount to flex, which then causes the propeller to scrub against the duct. Would be better if you could increase the gap between the duct and the propeller Another problem is that the pitch of the propeller may be too flat, could be fixed by increasing propeller pitch. ^^ might make the motor spin at a lower rpm, but it will be smoother that way, as the resistance of the water hitting the blade would be lower

I see a few things you've done wrong but very easily fixable. 1. Seal the motor/DC generator so no water gets inside. 2. Seal the solder contacts from water to eliminate the direct short both in the motor/DC generator and at the wire, motor/DC generator solder contacts. 3. Make your wires at least three meters (9ft) to make it easier to check the voltage, amps, watts so you can make adjustments as needed. 4. Try using a three phase motor as the generator to see what the difference is. This is a very good concept and idea I'm interested to what changes you've made in the following video(s). Good luck.

I'll have to do these and make changes, the new hosing and everything is printing as we speak so should be very soon. Many other models in the works too. Any suggestions for a 3 phase motor? Really wanna try this

@@Beyond_The_Tint Because your intake is too small and the propaler is right behind it if you increase the size of intake and move away the propaler then you see some improvements.
