Gone through two of these already, they break after a year or two if you live in actual cold weather. The plastic where the flap attaches gets so brittle it snaps right off.

It makes some noise because it has double doors but it's worth it for areas that have high wind.

They are junk. Soon as it get cold it no longer seals on the side when plastic doors contract.
