This one I'll definitely be keeping an eye on. As soon as you said 1 joule, it got my attention. It will be interesting to see what range and accuracy you'll get out of it, as you know Northern Ireland is restricted to 1 joule for everything, which can be a pain.

I have a 701 with a wasp piston maple leaf hop up an bucking an but unfortunately it broke the maple leaf trigger after 3 shots, so it's taken a back seat and instead i got a 16covert srs an I built the ol hpa ssg10

I'm interested in the series especially when you get to the spring rifle. I've just picked up a used (but upgraded) JG Bar-10. On 0.45g BBs it's getting 290-300fps (445ish on 0.20g). Got a 1-5x LPVO to put on it. Will be interesting to see what is required to make a much more consistent rifle. I'm using to working on AEGs.

@@CammanExtra I haven't touched one ever! I've only just built a semi-auto AEG DMR and have had loads of fun overcoming the frustrating issues i've ran into along the way, i've managed to get the max FPS variation to 3 FPS over 30 shots which i'm pretty impressed with considering i'm building it on a non-standard platform. I picked up the Bar-10 on a complete whim so it'll be interesting to see where I need to focus my attention to bring it up to, or just short of, the FPS limit and make it much more consistent.

Very interesting! So the JG BAR-10 version of the Wolverine Bolt fits better in an SSG10 than the VSR-10 version? And do you know if that is still true for the Bolt M in an SSG10?
