How do you make custom maps inside of another built in map like how you built the bulldawg 4000 in the stranded in space map?

@@Hazy429 In Trailmappers, as you might already know, there is only the Test Zone map loaded in. I get around this problem by driving around the Stranded map and getting co-ordinates using a mod called "Velociraptor". It reads your current position, altitude, heading, speed, G-forces, delta time, things like that. I take the X and Z values of my character to know where to put the asset, and the altitude (NOT the y co-ordinate) to know how high it should be, and I plug it all into the asset's config menu in Trailmappers. Very simple process, just extremely time consuming.

Wow, I honestly did not expect mech combat to be able to turn out this good in Trailmakers, considering the game is not exactly built for these. But you managed to do it and in style too. For someone who does not usually build mechs, that hero mech and its boost skimming style of movement is one of the coolest creations I've seen in this game. For future videos of this type, going for a bit more cinematography, it would be nice to see all the creations involved as like an end credits lineup or introducing each new combatant with a brief pan around by the other pilot. There seem to be some cool features and design choices on those too, but it's tough to tell details in the middle of the action. It would certainly help anyone who might possibly want to make fanart of events like these.

Yzuei, the mechs incredible, video suggestions Mech Racing each person makes a mech made for racing and you go around a track and the person with the fastest time wins, at the start all mech engines are put to the lowest and over the a certain amount of races you increase the power until it's at its maximum.

I have to give it to you here, this Mech is really cool. All the moving parts, the way it moved, the strafing, the crouching while boosting, the shield only activating when the arm was in the front, i loved all of it. The theme was also a fun touch but considering you kept saying you have to protect the city, this gave me an idea. How about the next time you start off the fight with your opponent already attacking the city and he has a number of targets to destroy throughout the city. You start from a distance and you come to actually protect the city. You'd have to destroy him before he manages to destroy all his targets and of course he could choose to destroy you and keep going. Then if you die you have to "respawn" outside of the city and come back. If he gets all his targets, he wins the round, if you destroy, you win the round. Anyways, i like themes like this where there is a goal to achieve but maybe that is just me 🙂

What you need for your next mech, is the ability to strafe and backpedal. I feel like that's where you struggled in this fight. Going the gun route means you need the ability to keep your opponent in your sights. That, and maybe having more then one weapon emplacement, so you don't lose all offensive capabilities the moment it's disabled. XD That said, these mechs are amazing! I love their range of motion. I have no idea how you made them move so well! Great video!
