A tip for using stainless steel pans is heat up the pan before adding oil. Once the pan is hot, add a few drops of water. If the water evaporates then the pan is not hot yet. After a few minutes splash some water again, if the water drops don’t evaporate and start dancing in the pan, then the pan is ready to use. Add oil and cook as normal. Nothing will stick to the pan.

Hi jyoti no doubt vinod utensils are a gud choice but Stahl is far better then vinod & inspite of sandwich bottom do prefer triply series that is quite gud & fuel friendly.

Hy jojo loved to watch ur video. Want to add few information those cookware are mainly for induction friendly. Sometimes things stick on them so please mix time to time don't let them leave idle. One more thing salt always soak moisture and due to which it can damage steal, iron or any metal things. Please put salt in different container either in plastic or in glass jar i hope it will help you 😊.
