What size wheels and tires are you running here? I’m considering 17x8.5+0 wheels with 285/70R17 tires. I have the pre-facelift GX, 2010-2013.

they are 17x8.5, zero offset. currently running 265/70/17 but going to jump up to 285 on the next set.

@@QuickJuggernaut ended up getting busy and haven't done much since. My next mod was gonna be the auxbeam panel and wire up all my lights and replace the fogs but just got bogged down with work

What was your final cut dimensions on front and rear of plastic trim? Did you do same for driver and passenger sides? Also, do you have to install trim before the slider or is there enough room to install slider first and then trim?

Front was 4 inches. Rear was 2.5 inches. Same for both sides. I would install the trim before the slider. But there is room to trim on the vehicle as I did.

Maybe there was too much oil on the metal that gets rubbed on so they dont rust while shipping It’s wasn’t the humidity or too thick Think about wiping down with some mineral spirits or acetone, wax and grease remover??

I used a grease remover but maybe I didn't do a good enough job
