I know you made this video awhile back. But I noticed you have the same indicator set up as myself. Instead of a twist of cap, it has that metal plate thing. Is that the only way to change the indicator and is it a whole unit not just a bulb replacement.. If you're still about, I would much appreciate some advice.cheers

I know this video is 2 years ago I’m late lol but quick question hope you answer!. So I bought a used m5 it didn’t have light bulbs so therefor it had not retained clips! I just bought my new low beam light bulbs but don’t have the retainer clips Are they really needed for the lights to turn on ? Does it give power to the lights or it’s simply just to hold the bulb in place

I think my can't twist the cap open.... There are torx screws.... Maybe it's diff year? Or have the self leveling option?

I think its nice but do you not think the 6000k would look better ? as th new bm have D3S HBU ,which is high intensity Blue output ,iv got factory at the moment on the same car 2016 but I think 6k might look better, have you changed yours?

Damn it on my 2016 F10 my cap have four T20 screws, and is a pain in the ass to remove three out of 4 T20 screws

How’d you get them to fit in there and lock in place? I ordered 10 different lightbulb kits and none of them work I even got the BMW bulb bracket/holder to put at the bottom Of the bulb to make it lock into place but still nothing does

It depends what car you have. I know I’m late but i might as well comment. If you have a bmw with the factory xenons, it will probably use what’s called a “D1S” bulb. If you have a different car than it probably won’t work. You have to know if your car uses halogens, leds, or factory xenons.

turn your automatic lights on & whatever direction you turn the wheel or signal, it will turn on. for it to be on manually you have to code it
